Shipping
All shipments are F.O.B. Danville, PA. Shipments will be made in the best way possible. Freight charges will be collect. Only UPS charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. If an order cannot be shipped complete, all available items will be shipped immediately. The balance will be shipped when ready. If the order must be shipped complete, please state on the order.

Special Items
Special items are subject to a 10% overage or shortage. Special items are non-returnable.

Damages & Shortages
Carton damage and count variations must be noted on the bill of lading and delivery receipt. File all claims with the transportation carrier.

Return of Goods
A return authorization number must be obtained before returning goods. An unauthorized return will be refused. All returns will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, plus freight cost. All returns are to be shipped pre-paid.

Minimum Charge
Minimum order of $1,000.

Normal Terms
Net 30 days from date of invoice. No discounts will be allowed on freight.

Claims
All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt. There will be a 1.5% per month finance charge on all invoices past 30 days from the date of invoice.
